By accessing or using our services, including coaching, mentorship, proprietary software, systems, SOPs, community access, and SMS communications (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Exclusive licensing rights to proprietary software, systems, and SOPs
Coaching and mentorship programs
Educational content related to Agency and AI-based business models
Community access and live or recorded calls
Account, onboarding, and operational communications
The Services are educational in nature only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
3. SMS Messaging Program (A2P Disclosure)
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and informational messages related to License OS services, including but not limited to:
Program updates and announcements
Call reminders and scheduling notifications
Onboarding and account-related messages
Community updates
Software, systems, and SOP licensing communications
Support and administrative messages
Message frequency varies based on engagement and service usage.
Opt-Out & Cancellation
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, you must opt in again through the original signup method.

Share login credentials or access with third parties
Copy, resell, distribute, or misuse proprietary content
Engage in spam, harassment, or disruptive behavior within the community
Misrepresent License OS or THL-MEDIA LLC
We reserve the right to terminate access without refund for violations of these rules.
7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All materials, software, systems, videos, SOPs, resources, and community content are the exclusive intellectual property of THL-MEDIA LLC.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, disclose, or share any content without prior written consent.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THL-MEDIA LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
